One-component, aliphatic, polyurethane finish coating
One-component polyurethane finish coating which comprises a specific inorganic filler, when combined with a small amount of pigment paste provide excellent coverage power. This allows minimal material consumption and the unnecessity of the second coating (in the case of simple protection against ultraviolet radiation, and not mechanical resistance), which reduces the cost of works. The material is designed with similar elastomeric properties that other products ISOPOLANT have, allowing to interact and be united with them.
The material is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin, which provides excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV resistance properties.

Application procedure

Requirements for a concrete substrate (standard):
• Hardness of concrete: R28 = 15Mpa.
• Concrete humidity: W <10%.
• Temperature: 5-35o C.
• Relative humidity: <85%.

Seal cracks, damage, holes with suitable material. The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or flaking particles. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.

Immediately before use, mix the material until a homogeneous mass is formed with a low-speed mixer (up to 300 r/min). A small precipitate may be formed in the bucket after prolonged storage. Mixing must be done very carefully, especially along the walls and bottom of the bucket, until the mixture is completely homogeneous, while trying not to add air into the material, which can lead to the formation of bubbles on the cured coating.

Drawing is performed manually using the roller, brush and or apparatus of airless spraying (operating pressure of >200 bar). Apply within 24-72 hours after ISOPOLANT products.

When used as a finishing layer - color protection, small and constant pedestrian load - material consumption 150 g/m2 in one layer.
When used as a finishing layer - color protection, average pedestrian traffic loads and small - flow material 600 g/m2 in two layers and with the mandatory adding of silica sand. The waiting time between layers is not more than 48 hours.
When used as a protective layer of concrete, flow rate is up to 300 g/m2 in two layers. The waiting time between layers is not more than 48 hours.

It is not recommended to apply the material in one thick layer.
