ISOPOLANT PU FC

ISOPOLANT PU
FC
One-component polyurethane liquid membrane based on the technology of the fast curing accelerator
Unique, one-component polyurethane liquid membrane based on the successful combination of ISOPOLANT and Accelerator 3000, which provides quick cure, without bubble formation and the possibility of using one thick layer.

Due to its unique composition, it quickly cures, forming a waterproofing membrane completely free from defects with excellent mechanical properties and elasticity. This product is ideal for use during the winter months or in relatively low humidity climates.
Application area

• Plaster and cement slabs
• Terraces and balconies
• Flat roofs
• Lightweight roofs made of metal or fiber cement
It is recommended to apply
top coating ISOPOLANT PU TC of gray colors (product standard: white, and gray) to maintain the long-term ability to reflect the sunbeams.
Features and benefits
  • Quick drying! The formation time of dry peel is 2 hours
  • Non-toxic after complete curing.
  • Excellent thermal resistance, the membrane is never soft. The recommended operating temperature 90° C
  • Resistance to cold: the membrane remains elastic even at a temperature of -35° C
  • Excellent mechanical properties, high tensile strength and high abrasion resistance
  • Vapor permeability: the membrane passes water vapor, thereby eliminating the accumulation of moisture under the membrane
Application procedure
1
Requirements for a concrete substrate (standard):
• Hardness of concrete: R28 = 15Mpa.
• Concrete humidity: W <10%.
• Temperature: 5-35o C.
• Relative humidity: <85%.

Seal cracks, damage, holes with suitable material. The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or loose particles. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.
2
Before applying the material, the substrate must be processed with the primer ISOPOLANT GD.
3
Immediately before use, mix the material until a homogeneous mass is formed with a low-speed mixer (up to 300 r/min). When mixing, prevent the formation of bubbles.
4
Application is performed manually using a roller or brush in one layer. Minimum flow rate 1,5-2,0 kg/m2.
