One-component, polyurethane-bitumen FAST CURING liquid membrane for waterproofing
One-component, polyurethane-bitumen fast curing liquid membrane. Despite rapid curing, the product does not show bubbles during the polymerization process, even at high atmospheric temperatures and humidity, while exhibiting excellent adhesion to most types of surfaces.

The membrane is based and on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resin expanded by chemically polymerized pure bitumen.

• Foundations
• Underground walls
• Under tiles, for example on balconies, terraces and wet rooms

- not recommended to use in the places, exposed to direct UV radiation.

Application procedure

Requirements for a concrete substrate (standard):
• Hardness of concrete: R28 = 15Mpa.
• Concrete humidity: W <10%.
• Temperature: 5-35o C.
• Relative humidity: <85%.

The substrate must be dry, chemically neutral, even, strong - without cracks and damage, clean - without dust, rust or flaking particles. Seal cracks, damage, holes must be coated with suitable material. Traces of contamination from oil, oil substances or chemicals must be removed.

Immediately prior to use, the content buckets must be carefully mixed using a low speed mixer (up to 300 r/min) to a homogeneous mass. Prolonged storage may cause slight dreg and/or separation of products, that are to be re-homogenized. It is necessary to carry out mixing very carefully, especially on the walls and bottom of the bucket, until the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, while preventing air from entering the fluid.

Apply with a brush, roller or trowel in one layer, flow rate 2.0 kg/m2.
